RETURNS

Returns/exchanges are accepted on new and unworn merchandise only. Some items are final sale including sale items discounted 40% or more and items purchased during Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of placing your order.

Return packages must be mailed to us within 5 days of your return request being approved.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

FINAL SALE items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Cancellations or modifications cannot be made once an order has shipped.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to make an exchange, please indicate which item(s) you wish to return and which item(s) you wish to receive on your original packing list. If there is a difference in price, Indigo Instinct will email you an invoice with a link to pay the difference, or Indigo Instinct will refund you the difference.

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of placing your order.

Exchanges must be shipped back to us at your own expense, however Indigo Instinct will cover the shipping cost for the new item(s) to ship back to you for domestic orders only via standard shipping (ground).

Return packages must be mailed to us within 5 days of your return/exchange request being approved.

Indigo Instinct does not refund original shipping costs.

Expedited shipping requests will be subject to an extra charge.

For exchanges during promotional periods: Please note that the new item you wish to receive will not be eligible for the promotion if it is no longer active. Some promotions are FINAL SALE including Labor Day/Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales.

*Please allow up to 7 business days to process returns and exchanges once received in our warehouse.

*If items are faulty or defective upon receipt, please notify Indigo Instinct within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide Indigo Instinct with an image of where the item is faulty/defective so that we may address quality issues with our producers. Indigo Instinct will only exchange damaged or faulty items for the same item at no extra cost.

*All items being sent back to Indigo Instinct must be packaged correctly. If items are returned damaged or used, Indigo Instinct holds the right not to issue a refund or to apply a 30% restocking fee if the item(s) are returned in used or poor condition.

Items purchased during special sales including, but not limited to, Labor Day/Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotions are FINAL SALE.

Items marked as FINAL SALE are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Only one code may be used per order. Codes may not be combined with other promotions.

Promotional code may not be applied to previous orders, shipping costs, or taxes.

Orders submitted without coupon codes will be processed without applicable discount.

Offers valid while stock lasts.

Discounts have no cash value.
